2023 Holiday Shipping
For delivery before Thanksgiving orders must be placed on or before November 10th.
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed on or before December 11th.
Shipping
All Laka Java coffee is roast-to-order and typically leaves our facility in 3-5 business days, and will arrive at your door at its flavor peak. Occasionally USPS or UPS carrier time is impacted by staffing, weather, or high-volume holidays.
International Shipping
To ensure peak freshness and flavor we limit shipping to the US and Canada. US shipping is always free! USPS rates apply for Canadian orders and will be calculated at checkout.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@lakajava.com.
Non-returnable items
Perishable goods, like coffee, cannot be returned. If your coffee is defective, or damaged, we ask that you dispose of it after the issue has been resolved.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your coffee subscription at any time.
You may cancel an order if it hasn't entered the fulfillment process. Typically, orders enter fulfillment the next business day.
